Yes, orders will be forwarded to the proper international location for shipment. Orders for Australia and Brazil may be shipped from the United States or Europe.

2. What is your return policy?
Please see the specifics of our return policy in our Business Policies section. Return orders must be pre-approved and must be accompanied by an RMA number and RED TAG warehouse return authorization. You must email Returns@titanium.com or call to get this information. Custom orders are not returnable. Titanium Industries, Inc. does not warrant the success or suitability of titanium material or mill products it distributes for any particular application or use.

We offer many methods of shipment - UPS, UPS-Blue, AirFreight, Freightliner and Freightcollect.

Yes, we do have a minimum order. Our minimum order is $350.00.

Payment via your authorized Titanium Industries, Inc. account may be facilitated via Purchase Order and invoicing. Titanium Industries, Inc. also accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards and procards.

7. What types of quality control do you have?

Titanium maintains a high level of quality control. Our products are 100% traceable from mill processing through melt source to satisfy our quality control system requirements. All materials are accompanied by a certificate of analysis for chemical and mechanical results. Our products are inspected and certified by destructive and non-destructive tests according to industry and customer specifications.
